You can delete your account in PicasaRT by using the Settings charm.

Your Google email address is stored on your computer, to allow you to identify the specific Google account, as PicasaRT supports multiple Picasa accounts.
PicasaRT also keeps a cache of your albums information, to allow faster browsing and reduce data usage.
We don't share your personal data with other companies.

We take steps to protect personal information
We take reasonable steps to secure your personally identifiable information against unauthorized access or disclosure. PicasaRT uses secured https communication to contact your Picasa account.
Disclosure is not possible
As we collect no information and only store your account email on your computer, we have no way to disclose any of your data. At any time, you may uninstall the application, removing your account information from your computer.
Credentials
PicasaRT has no access to your password, as it uses OAuth2: You share your username and password directly with Google, which then provides a token to PicasaRT. You may always revoke access to PicasaRT from your Google account.
Permissions
PicasaRT has access to your Picasa albums and to your Google email address.
PicasaRT never shares the information with any company or service.
